Certificate of Participation
Certificates of participation will be distributed on November 23, 2025.

Invitation Letter/Permission Letter
Invitation letters to be requested to be given to institutions for congress participation will be sent to the participants. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. The registration and accommodation fees of the guests who have the invitation letter belong to them.

Crediting
The Turkish Medical Association Continuing Medical Education Crediting Board (STE) and the European Continuing Medical Education Accreditation Council (EACCME) will be applied for crediting all sessions of the congress.

Cancellation Conditions for Registration

Regarding registration and accommodation fee refunds:
All registration cancellations must be notified to Serenas Turizm in writing.
If notified by July 4, 2025, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
If notified between July 4 - August 4, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
For cancellations made after August 4, 2025, no refunds will be made.
