• All registration fees exclude VAT. The VAT rate is 20%
• Registration is confirmed once full payment is received. For the confirmation of your registration, please send your receipt to the organization secretariat via e-mail after making your payment.
• Serenas Turizm reserves the right to reflect changes in possible taxes, duties and charges to the prices.
• The external participation fee is 120 EUR daily. 360 Euro + VAT for 3 days.
Participants who have not purchased accommodation through the organization secretariat and who have only completed their registration, but do not stay at the congress hotel(s) offered by the secretariat, are required to pay an additional daily external participation fee of 120 EUR + VAT on top of the congress registration fee in order to access the congress center between 20–23 November 2025 and benefit from the hotel services included in the concept between 09:00 – 18:00 on the specified days. Participants who do not pay this fee will not be granted access to the congress center.

TRANSFER
- The one-way fee for round-trip airport group transfers is 2,500 TL + VAT.
- VAT is not included in the transfer fees. The applicable VAT rate is 20%.
- Individual and private transfer requests will be budgeted separately.
- Transfer details must be communicated in writing to Serenas Tourism officials at least one week before the start of the congress.
